Gary Goldsmith, the 58-year-old uncle of Kate Middleton, was spotted indulging in some last-minute clothing shopping on Sunday, fueling rumors of his potential participation in the upcoming season of Celebrity Big Brother.

Reportedly, the outspoken businessman, who is the brother of Kate's mother, Carole Middleton, has signed up for the ITV reboot alongside other notable personalities such as Linda Robson from Loose Women and X Factor judges Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne.

Images obtained by The Mirror captured Goldsmith browsing through a selection of sharp suits at Kerrs, an upscale tailor located in London's Soho district. Following a try-on session, he left the store with his chosen garments neatly packed in a garment bag.

Notably, Kerrs has a history of providing outfits for the Princess, adding a touch of significance to Goldsmith's shopping excursion.

This isn't the first time Goldsmith has sought a spot on a reality show. Last year, he attempted to join the cast of I'm A Celebrity but was reportedly turned down due to concerns over potential embarrassment for Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Goldsmith's rumored participation in Celebrity Big Brother has sparked controversy, particularly given his history of outspoken opinions, notably against Prince Harry and Meghan Markle following the release of their memoir, "Spare."
