Kate Middleton, who has kept a low profile since announcing her cancer diagnosis in March, was recently seen out running errands, sparking speculation about her health.

According to a new report, the Duchess of Cambridge was spotted out and about while she and Prince William's three children—Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis—are on a school break until June 3.

A source told People that Kate has been making outings to get some fresh air during her ongoing cancer treatment. However, palace sources say she is not expected to return to work until she receives clearance from her medical team.

During a May 10 visit to a hospital on the Isles of Scilly, Prince William shared a positive update about his wife. When hospital administrator Tracy Smith asked how Princess Kate was doing, William replied, "She's doing well, thank you."

Smith also inquired about the children, to which William responded, "The children are very jealous that I'm here and that they're not here as well." The royal couple and their children often visit the islands off the southwest tip of England during the summer months.

Focusing on her recovery, Princess Kate may attend royal events when she feels ready. Ailsa Anderson, a former spokeswoman for Queen Elizabeth, told the outlet, "She has the inner strength, the support of her husband and her extraordinary family, so she can focus on what’s important, which is her getting back to strength."

These new reports have reassured royal fans who were concerned about Princess Kate's health as she continues her preventative chemotherapy.
