Kate Middleton's recent hospitalization has sparked concerns over her health, with Kensington Palace announcing that the Princess of Wales will need to remain hospitalized for ten to fourteen days.

Speaking to GB News, royal commentator Michael Cole expressed his thoughts on the situation, noting that while the Princess is young and physically fit, the Palace's statement indicates that her condition is "not a trivial matter."

Cole emphasized the seriousness of Kate's medical condition, stating, "She has very conscientiously added in that quite full statement from Kensington Palace much more so than one would have perhaps expected on another occasion."

He further highlighted the extended hospital stay, suggesting that it underscores the severity of her ailment. Cole remarked, "It's going to be a long stay in hospital afterward - these days they get the patients out of hospital as soon as possible back on their feet. So that also does indicate the seriousness of the nature of whatever it is that is ailing her."
