Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie Excluded from Royal Family Website, Confirms Royal Historian

Despite their extensive patronages, Princesses Beatrice and Princess Eugenie have been notably excluded from the official Royal Family website, according to confirmation from a royal historian.

Princess Beatrice, aged 35, and her younger sister Princess Eugenie, aged 34, do not appear under the category "Members of The Royal Family" on the website, reflecting their non-working member status within the royal household.

Born to Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson in 1988 and 1990 respectively, Beatrice and Eugenie have never held official roles within the monarchy, unlike their cousins Prince William and Prince Harry.

Despite their non-working royal status, both sisters maintain several private patronages. However, these patronages are not listed on the Royal Family website, as explained by royal historian Marlene Koenig in an exclusive interview with GB News.

Koenig noted that while Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie each have approximately 10 patronages, these are considered private and unofficial, hence their absence from the website's listings.

She further explained that the charities database, which typically includes patronages of working royals, does not feature Beatrice and Eugenie's patronages.

Currently ninth and 11th in line to the throne respectively, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie do not actively engage in royal duties, unlike their cousins Peter Phillips and Zara Tindall. Despite this, both sisters hold the right to use royal titles, a privilege granted to them from birth.

The exclusion of Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie from the Royal Family website comes amid broader changes within the monarchy, as Buckingham Palace recently announced that King Charles III, Queen Camilla, and other senior royals would relinquish patronages of nearly 200 charities and organizations following a review of their associations with over 1,000 groups.
