Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are reportedly facing criticism for not setting a positive example for their employees at Archewell Productions. PR expert Ryan McCormick, in a discussion with The Mirror, suggested that the quick departure of their company's manager, Bennett Levine, within two years could indicate "chaos behind the scenes" in the lives of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The Mirror previously reported in 2023 that Harry and Meghan were spending only one hour per week on Archewell Productions, equivalent to just 2.5% of a typical 40-hour workweek for most people. McCormick expressed concern over what he perceived as a "considerable lack of effort and commitment," emphasizing that such an attitude may negatively impact employee morale.

According to Ryan, the failure to set a good example for their team might have been a factor in Levine's departure. The public relations expert emphasized that expecting employees to perform at their best requires a willingness on the part of leaders to demonstrate dedication and effort. He suggested that the reported lack of content production could be a significant issue for Archewell Productions.

Commenting on Levine's departure, McCormick acknowledged its significance but highlighted a more pressing concern: "Levine departing while noteworthy doesn't compare to the elephant in the room, which is that Harry and Meghan aren't producing enough content." He went on to express the possibility of further high-level employee departures if the trend persists, underscoring the importance of delivering value to the organization, donors, and media partners.
