Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, have honored Black History Month with a heartfelt message on their Archewell Foundation website. 

In their tribute, the couple spotlighted museums and cultural spaces across the United States dedicated to Black history.

The post from Archewell conveyed their deep appreciation for the Black leaders and changemakers who have made significant contributions to global policy, culture, and society. 

The couple recounted a recent team visit to the Skirball Cultural Center, where they were profoundly moved by the exhibit "This Light of Ours: Activist Photographers of the Civil Rights Movement." This powerful experience served as a reminder of the enduring spirit of those who fought tirelessly for justice and equality and emphasized the impact of individuals in shaping a more equitable and inclusive future.

Accompanying the message were several black-and-white photos of the Skirball Cultural Center, capturing the essence of Meghan and the Archewell team's visit. 

In one image, Meghan, dressed in a stylish overcoat and accessorized with earrings and a large bag, exuded grace and elegance as she explored the cultural center.

The couple's tribute to Black History Month comes amidst a poignant moment in global affairs, coinciding with King Charles's recent statement praising the "true valor" of the Ukrainian people on the second anniversary of the Russia-Ukraine war. 

By sharing their message of appreciation and reflection, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle continue to use their platform to advocate for social justice and celebrate diversity.
