According to a source cited by Star magazine, Khloé's demand for a higher salary stems from her belief that she plays a pivotal role in the success of the show, particularly highlighted by her recent win of the sixth Reality TV Star of the Year Award. 

The insider stated, "Khloe feels like she carries the whole show and this award is proof of that."

The source further explained Khloé's stance, emphasizing that her request for a pay increase is not solely about monetary concerns but rather about receiving acknowledgment and respect for her contributions. "It's not that she's worried about money. It's a sign of respect," the insider conveyed to the outlet.

Initially, the Kardashian-Jenner family had inked a monumental $100 million deal, with an agreement to share the earnings equally among all members. 

However, the source revealed that Khloé has since shifted her stance on the matter, seeking recognition for her individual efforts within the show.

It's noteworthy that Khloé's request for a pay raise does not involve surpassing the earnings of her sisters or their mother, Kris Jenner, as clarified by RadarOnline.com.
