Amidst his ongoing custody battle with ex-wife Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt is reportedly making his children his top priority, according to sources close to the actor.

A source revealed to Life & Style, "Brad cherishes time with his kids and loves seeing them when he can, when he’s in town, once or twice a week." The insider emphasized that spending time with his children is something Pitt prioritizes and values deeply.

Notably, Pitt's oldest children hold a special place in his heart, with the source stating, "Brad absolutely hasn’t given up hope on the others, and hopes one day there will be peace in their hearts."

The custody battle between Pitt and Jolie has been fraught with allegations and accusations. Earlier, Pitt was accused of a physical altercation with Jolie and intoxicating one of their children while traveling from Europe back to the United States. 

Despite the challenges he has faced, seeing his children remains an emotional experience for Pitt, as expressed by the source.

The insider further shared, "He’s super grateful to still have a relationship with any of them," underscoring the importance of maintaining a connection with his children amidst the turmoil.

Interestingly, Pitt's representatives have denied allegations of abuse towards Jolie or their children, highlighting the complexity of the ongoing legal proceedings.

On the other side, Angelina Jolie's brother, James Haven, has spoken out about his protective instincts towards the children. 

In a podcast interview, Haven mentioned, "Those are massively formative years, they’re becoming young adults in their early 20s. That’s so crazy thinking that but yeah, I think it’s just very natural and I just want to be there." 

He emphasized his desire to support and be present for the children, particularly during challenging times.

Haven also highlighted their mutual interests, particularly in initiatives aimed at helping children. He expressed his gratitude for any opportunity to spend time with them, emphasizing his commitment to supporting and being there for them.
