#NewsReport (from the WebDesk and the other news sources)

Courteney Cox recently shared a candid revelation about a trait she finds challenging within herself. Speaking on the Minnie Questions podcast, the beloved Friends star confessed that she struggles with feelings of jealousy.

In the interview, Cox, who is 59 years old, acknowledged, "The thing I like least about myself would be any feelings of jealousy.

She delved deeper into this admission, expressing her disdain for the emotion and how it manifests in her life. "Whether you can feel replaced or whether it’s… I think just jealousy is such a horrible emotion to have, and I have that sometimes," she explained.

Despite her success and acclaim, Cox admitted to grappling with insecurities, particularly as she navigates getting older. "I get jealous or afraid, whether it’s because I’m getting older and I can’t stay in the game, or it could be about anything," she said.

However, she emphasized her proactive approach to addressing these feelings, often discussing them with her therapist to gain insight and understanding.

Reflecting on a poignant moment in her personal life, Cox shared the heartbreak she experienced when her partner, Johnny McDaid, called off their engagement during a therapy session. "It was really intense. We broke up in therapy. I didn’t know it was coming," she revealed.

The experience, though painful, provided valuable insights into herself and her needs, prompting growth and self-awareness.

Despite the challenges she faces, Cox expressed gratitude for the lessons learned from such experiences. "I'm so thankful for that breakup because when we got back together it was a different relationship, but also because it really taught me how I operated in the world — what were the things from my childhood that I needed," she concluded. Cox's openness about her struggles serves as a reminder of the complexities of human emotions and the importance of self-reflection and growth.
