Canadian-Country music icon Shania Twain has recently expressed admiration for Taylor Swift's unwavering passion for her craft as she celebrates the 25th anniversary of her album, Come On Over.

In an interview with Haute Living, Twain lauded Swift for her relentless work ethic, acknowledging the dedication and commitment she pours into her music career. 

"That girl is working her butt off. She is living an exhausting existence, but she's dedicated and committed to herself, to her art, and her work," remarked the 58-year-old.

Twain emphasized that Swift's drive goes beyond mere ambition, highlighting the singer's passion and unwavering commitment to her craft. "It isn’t even about ambition, though I'm sure that most people would call her ambitious. She's an extremely hard worker, and I'm sure she's got giant goals. But it's not all about ambition: it's about passion and committing yourself to your passion," she added.

Reflecting on her own journey as a trailblazer for women in the music industry, Twain expressed that she never set out to be a pioneer but instead focused on being authentic and true to herself. "I was just trying to be original, my authentic self, and to do it with conviction. I'm an expressive person, and I put that into my music," she shared.

Drawing parallels between herself and Swift, Twain highlighted her pride in her perseverance and the conscious decision not to squander her talents. "I would say that I am most proud of my perseverance and that I didn't waste my talents. I was just being myself, and I think that's served me very well," she concluded.
