Reports suggest that Brad Pitt has made the decision to quit drinking and is embarking on a journey of sobriety, with the support of his partner, Ines De Ramon.

According to OK! Magazine, the jewellery designer has played a pivotal role in bringing calmness to Pitt's life. The couple, who first sparked romance rumors in November 2022, have created a serene environment in their home, complete with a Zen room equipped with aromatherapy diffusers and sound bowls.

An insider revealed that this "mind-centering practice" has been instrumental in helping Pitt reduce his anxiety and maintain his commitment to sobriety.

Pitt's decision to embrace sobriety comes after he candidly discussed his drinking habits in a 2017 interview, where he admitted, "Personally, I can’t remember a day since I got out of college when I wasn’t boozing or had a spliff or something." 

He acknowledged using substances as a means of escaping his feelings and expressed relief at leaving that lifestyle behind.
