"I’ve gained over 20 lbs. in the past few months from being depressed," she shared with her followers, reflecting on the challenging journey she's been on.

Despite the setbacks, Amanda expressed a newfound determination to overcome her struggles, stating, "I’m doing a lot better now and have learned to do opposite action when I don’t feel like working out or eating clean."

Opening up about her current weight, Amanda revealed, "I weigh 162 lbs. right now and want to get back to 110 lbs.," highlighting her desire to regain a sense of balance and health.

This isn't the first time Amanda has been vocal about her body image struggles. In 2018, she addressed her insecurities, which ultimately led to drug addiction, prompting her decision to step away from acting in 2012.

Reflecting on her role in "She’s the Man," where she played opposite Channing Tatum, Amanda shared how it triggered deep depression due to her dissatisfaction with her appearance. "The short hair and sideburns I had for the role was a super strange and out-of-body experience. It just really put me into a funk," she recalled.

Amanda also opened up about her past reliance on Adderall, influenced by societal pressures and media portrayal of the drug as a means to stay thin. "I definitely abused Adderall after reading an article in a magazine that [called Adderall] ‘the new skinny pill’ and they were talking about how women were taking it to stay thin. I was like, ‘Well, I have to get my hands on that,'" she shared.

Despite facing legal troubles and battles with substance abuse in recent years, Amanda now stands sober and resilient, ready to navigate the challenges ahead with newfound strength and determination.
