Lady Gaga recently took to social media to share the first official poster for her upcoming movie, "Joker: Folie à Deux," sparking excitement among fans.
The songstress confirmed that the trailer for the sequel to the 2019 Oscar-winning DC blockbuster would be released on April 9.
The striking poster, released by Warner Bros, features Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker, holding a burning cigarette in one hand while holding Gaga, who portrays Harley Quinn, in the other under a bright spotlight.
The caption, "The world is a stage," accompanied the image, along with the announcement of the trailer release date by the 38-year-old singer.
Directed by Todd Phillips, "Joker: Folie à Deux" follows the legacy of the original Joker movie, which grossed over $1 billion at the global box office.
