The Invictus Games, a multi-sport event established by Prince Harry to honor wounded, injured, and sick servicemen and women, may see a shift in leadership, with speculation arising about the duke's reduced involvement.

Royal author Angela Levin expressed her views on GBN America, suggesting that the event has become overly royal-centric due to the presence of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. 

She pointed to Mike Tindall, husband of King Charles's niece, being appointed as a patron of the Invictus Games as a potential sign of Harry's diminishing role.

Levin criticized Meghan's involvement, citing instances where she allegedly took center stage during events meant to highlight the experiences of ex-military personnel. 

She raised concerns about Meghan's speeches and actions, suggesting they detracted from the event's original purpose of empowering participants to live fulfilling lives post-service.

The upcoming 10th Anniversary Service of the Invictus Games raises questions about Prince Harry's attendance, with reports suggesting he may opt for a virtual appearance due to security concerns. 

Despite legal battles over police protection, Harry remains committed to the event he founded in 2014, in partnership with the Ministry of Defence.

The uncertainty surrounding Prince Harry's role underscores ongoing discussions about the event's direction and the balance between its royal associations and its core mission of supporting wounded veterans.
